Missouri One Start is the state's leading division for workforce recruitment and training. Training

Missouri One Start offers flexible training assistance tailored to your company's specific needs. Employees can receive training through East Central College, State Technical College of Missouri, or the Four Rivers Career Center.  Employers also have the option of providing the training in-house or through a third party.



If your company qualifies, Missouri One Start will reimburse your training expenses after the courses are completed and the paid invoices are submitted.
 

Recruitment

Missouri One Start offers a variety of recruitment tools and strategies to eligible companies, ensuring that new employees are equipped with the skills needed to be productive from day one.
